"We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. "We stayed here to be close to a graduation in Lawrence. Rate was good and fun had plenty of space. The courtyard was nice and comfortable. The room could use some upkeep (regular maintenance stuff) but nothing terrible. "The room was good as was service. My only complaint would be breakfast, specifically the waffles. It's clear they are trying to save money, at the expense of the customers, the waffle batter is being watered down, tacky.
