"If you are looking at this hotel you are probably a traveler like me who wants a decent hotel without spend $400/night. This hotel is the hotel I measure others against. I have stayed here several times and it is excellent, especially for the price bracket it is in. The beds are actually comfortable, not stiff as a board beds like so many other hotels in this price range. The room and while hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are quiet with no noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast offers many hot and cold options. (Bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal choices, all the other usual hotel breakfast items…) The pool and hot tub are open 24/7 (My kid loved that this trip), there is a bbq available with an outdoor seating area, work out room, laundry facilities. The tv is easy to use and get into your Netflix with, the WiFi is good… This hotel checks all my boxes at a reasonable price. No it doesn’t have valet parking or a restaurant inside, or people to tip everywhere, but those aren’t my boxes to check. For the types of hotels I stay at, this hotel is the measuring stick I compare all others to. Every time I am in the Diamondville area, this is my hotel."
