“Great”

“The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

“The hotel is old and has been remodeled, but it wasn’t a great job. We checked in late in the evening and we’re ready to go to bed or we probably would’ve tried to find somewhere else. When we went into the room, it smelled musty like it had been wet and hadn’t aired out properly and then when we laid down in the bed, my wife noticed that her pillows smelled like body odor. She said it was almost like the person who had put the pillowcases on wasn’t clean, and that smell had rubbed off on the……

“As we planned to go to Holiday World for Father’s Day weekend, we chose the Comfort Inn Ferdinand location because it was a bit closer to the parks than hotels in Jasper, as well as a slightly better price tag, although I still can’t believe we spent $450 for 2 nights at this hotel. The room upon first entry was fairly clean, although the carpet was worn with sticky spots in some places. A sign was on the bathroom door asking guests to keep bathroom door shut so as not to trigger the fire alarm,……
