We had a nice stay. Everything was in order. Very clean. We had a nice dinner and the staff is very helpful and nice. For breakfast Sabrina took care of us and it was excellent.

À fuir – Expérience catastrophique Personne pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée. Nous avons simplement reçu un message avec deux photos pour la clé, mais aucune indication pour trouver la chambre. Après 30 minutes à essayer toutes les portes, c’est une autre cliente au balcon qui nous a sauvés en nous indiquant l'entrée. La chambre (qui sentait le renfermé) était au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans la description. L'insonorisation est inexistante : on entendait distinctement le voisin de chambre utiliser ses toilettes (bruit d'urine). Dans la salle de bain, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, la douche avait de la rouille et plusieurs de ses jets étaient brisés. Pour couronner le tout, le soir, aucune lumière dans les escaliers ou les passages : nous avons dû porter nos valises dans le noir total en nous éclairant avec nos téléphones. Bien que Madame Sabrina ait essayé d’arranger les choses, la situation était tout simplement trop décevante pour être rattrapée. Mauvais hôtel, je ne recommande absolument pas et je n'y retournerai jamais.
