「This is an older condo which means that the living area was huge, loved how roomy it was in the living room. Well stocked with toilet paper trash bags and paper towels. Plenty of towels for the time we stayed. Just open the sliding door and you can hear the ocean, the walkway to the ocean was right out our back door. The living room furniture is what sold me to book here and it was so comfortable. Autumn took great care of anything I needed during our stay. We will come back here next fall..」

「Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! 」

「This place fit our needs perfectly!. We were in town to attend a wedding so only stayed 2 nights. My husband and daughter were able to walk to the beach in the morning in about 20 minutes. The house was clean and really comfortable. It had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dog so the private fenced in back yard was very convenient for her. We really enjoyed our stay here!」
