「Comfortable hotel, nice with a 'homely' feeling rathan than some clinical hotel chain. Reception helpful but be aware there are no evening meals at weekends, although nearby is The Moorings pub, good food and excellent staff service 」

「Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

「Clean room, looks newly refurbished, comfortable bed, air con was fantastic during a heatwave. Friendly staff, quick check in, good breakfast. Best hotel room out of a few I've tried in this area. Despite being above a pub was very quiet.」

「Even though my visit was short the staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, food was very nice even though it wasn't my first choice. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was nice and comfy. There was a couple of issues with the room, the remote for the tv didn't work, the bed moved about a lot and the ledge above the sink was in the way so was trying to avoid bumping my head to look in the mirror, but overall a very good stay, i would come back. Also Breakfast was very nice」

「The English breakfast was really good」

「The rooms are gorgeous. They are in a small courtyard. Lounge area with TV and kitchen area with kettle and toaster. Plus fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. Small dining table and chairs. No cooking facilities but great if you want a takeaway.」

「Wasn’t expecting much as the price is cheap but was amazed at the quality of this. Large parking area. Friendly staff treated us at check in. Room was very spacious with a big comfy bed. Spotless bedding. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Wardrobe, drawers, tv. Small en suite bathroom with shower. Shampoo and shower gel products provided. Towels offered. The photos don’t do the rooms justice in my opinion. Would I use again. 100% yes. 」

「Has electric car charging facilities. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we will come back again. Breakfast is generously served and delicious. Deer in the garden too. Lovely garden views at rear.」
