「The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the facility is in an excellent location. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It did not appear to be well maintained, with visible dirt and marks on the walls and inadequate lighting. Overall, the room fell short of my expectations and would benefit from better upkeep, cleaning, and some maintenance. With a few improvements, the facility could offer a much better guest experience.」

「The hotel shuttle driver was very rude. I was told to wait at the airport at the 40th minute of the hour. I was there at 35th minute. The shuttle arrived early and was about to leave. I waved and asked the shuttle to stop. The driver was very angry, saying words that he shouldn't have said. I did nothing wrong, I was even early. It's that he was early. Regardless, he shouldn't have said what he has said. I will avoid this hotel next time so that I won't need to take their shuttle again.」

「The place is absolutely amazing!」

「This is a amazing hotel near the english bay. The amenities was excellent. Quite place, easy access to bus stop and lots of restaurant within the area. Will comeback ❤️👍」

「Good」

「Employees are nice and the room is clean and fashion.」

「Clean room. Lucy was very kind and helpful. Property met our needs perfectly.」
