「We chose this location to have a little more space for family verses what we might get in a hotel, even though it was a bit distant from our destination. It is a three bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The apartment is clean, has a full kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and everything works well. We even used the fireplace in the evenings while watching movies. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund.
