「We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of six women and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations, particularly for a Hilton property. Before arrival, we emailed requesting rooms close together, but this was never arranged. While the hotel has some positives—the pool area is beautiful, the poolside beds are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the service issues overshadowed the stay. 「Has a beach that you have to pay for」

「Don’t ever go to this place we had a horrible experience. We had a snake in our room and the staff didn’t want to change the room for us. The place is also nothing like the pictures it was filthy and dated. I would never go there again! The staff was not responsive. It ruined the end of our trip:(:(:(.(」

「We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. 」

「Perfect location. Close to everything and in a beautiful downtown . I stayed here for my last night after staying in 7pines resort and Su Golgone. I would say it is by far better use for your money than 7pines .」
