“Room was clean ”

“Overall it was clean and friendly. We went to see the Ark Encounter which was literally across the street so the location worked out well. ”

“The couch had not been cleaned it still had pet hair on it and the ottoman had been used as a table and had cup stains on it. Breakfast was good but the juice machine was out of order. They did not have a safe.”

“Very clean room. Lots of extras. Excellent breakfast with many choices! So convenient to Ark. Rooms are small but that's why they call it micro. If you just want a basic room, decent pillows which can be hard to find, this is for you. And no construction workers slamming doors when they leave at 3am. Very pleased.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Room was good. There were only 2 coffee cups and no drinking cups LOVED THE GARDEN TUB!!!”

“The bed sheets were dirty and even had hair in them my original room I could not have cause it had a water leak in the floor of some sort. Then two days after I’m in the second room I wake up in the morning to water all over the floor. I told front desk and left for 12 hours when I came back there was no change. I checked out immediately and forfited the money I had already paid for the rest of the week. No rembursment. Bad experience ”
