“This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.”

“I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out,……

“My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. “Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. ”
