“Wow what a beautiful property. The view of the marina and water is delightful. You need to overlook the obvious repair that needs to be made on the pool deck and the inconvenient elevator location for the third floor,It can be a long walk. On weekends there is no continental breakfast included. You will need to purchase breakfast. We did not. The restaurant has great patio seating and a very sunny window filled dining area. The food is average, the drinks are average. Although there is a sign……

“Lovely second floor golf course condominium with nice balcony view. Very quiet with comfortable kitchen/living room/dining area. Bathrooms adjacent to both bedrooms allows privacy. Quality restaurant on the golf course is convenient and we were happy to be able to enjoy live music.”

“When we checked in, they said "no smoking and if you do, you will be fined $250." We do not smoke, but when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. I went to open the window (ground floor) and there were numerous cigarette butts outside the window, sitting there in the dirt. I told one of the house cleaners, as well as the front desk, and they both just shrugged their shoulders. As our stay continued (second of three nights), our room started to smell of sewage.
