More room than what you may think.
The property was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, washcloths, etc.
I have stayed at two different apartments in this building and they were both wonderful experiences. I highly recommend.

Centrally located and quiet
The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet. The diner in town is good as well, and grocery store around the corner is convenient.

Just what we needed
Was looking for a little spot to stay a couple nights while in town for a wedding. A cozy and clean space with standard amenities - a little 1b apartment.
The only reason I left a 4 star for accuracy was that the photos on the listing don't quite match the property. I think there may be multiple rooms but the room in which we stayed didn't match the listing pic, so it wasn't what we were "expecting". At the same time, it was close enough and we enjoyed our stay!
A recommendation from us, for sure.

We had a great stay. Cris is a wonderful host. The accomodations are clean and well equipped. This was our second stay. My teen and I were visiting the area for college tours. Visited Ithaca and traveled to Geneseo on our way home. Thanks again Cris for a wonderful stay. A very different environment in the Fall versus the Summer but still just great.

Nice location perfect for our stay
My Daughter and I visited the area to tour Cornell University, Ithaca College, and to visit the area. We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. We booked to return in November for a follow up College open house.Thank You.
