It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. 「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Sperlonga apartment. It is nestled in a quiet but active area of Old Town Sperlonga. The place was equipped with everything that you would need. We ate in the apartment during the day and had all of the amenities to properly dine and used the washing machine to clean out clothes after beach trips. We felt like we had a home away from home and are looking forward to coming back. 」

「The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....
