「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. 「dont get me wrong we had a lovely time and the hotel is in a great location. Overall site is big with lovely pools and also private beach. Our room was decent, did the job but I know others had room problems. For me the two big problems! 1. Restaurant rules and constant cold food. Badly managed like no plates, no food like fruit etc. Managers need to make sure all stations are monitored. Also queues which is down to lack of choice. Every morning, cold eggs and bacon.
