“This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to……

“Cosimo was an amazing, graceful and courteous host. The B&B rooms were modern, with a great shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, and most importantly, clean. As with most smaller B&B’s, it’s located in a mixed use building. It’s located in the Marina Area, which is busy with many restaurants, bars and pastry shops close by. The room was surprisingly quiet. The self serve breakfast is set up in the kitchen with plenty of bottled water, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit and coffee. There’s also a……

“Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, Lorenzo was excellent - we speak Italian but he also speaks English well, too. Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August. Will be back.”

“I liked the place. Breakfast had 10 different cake choices. Eggs, ham, yougurt.... I guess minor complain that in December room was a bit too warm to sleep and I could not get ac working to cool it off a couple of degrees. May I did not do it right. But opening window solved the problem”
