“This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to……

“The location was excellent--one block walk to the beach. In addition to the beach, the entire strip up and down the beach has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was clean, well kept, and had fully reliable, fast-acting air conditioning, which was much appreciated given the summer heat. Luigi is incredibly friendly and helpful. “Cosimo was an amazing, graceful and courteous host. The B&B rooms were modern, with a great shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, and most importantly, clean.
