Family vacation

WeLoved the home. Deff do not bring elderly a lot of stairs. The view is amazing the only thing that we didn’t like is we kept smelling the septic and it was not pleasant our last night. Beyond that amazing stay

The House was nice and in a Very nice area

My stay was amazing but the house needs a lot of work The Kitchen plugs kept going out when we were trying to use our frying devices, The second day The WiFi completely shut down And The next morning The oven would not work house needs a lot of upgrades

Overall great stay, but could use updates!

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed this house for our large family. The location was perfect, and the views were absolutely stunning. The private pool was a big hit—very clean, and we appreciated the fun swim toys that were provided. The large dining table was also a huge plus for shared meals and games.A few things to note: the outdoor patio/pool lights didn’t work, which made evenings outside pretty dark. The house could definitely use some updates and a fresh coat of paint, but the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The WiFi didn’t work during our stay, and the code we were originally given to access the house was incorrect, though the host responded quickly with the correct one. The half-bath had a non-working toilet, which made things a bit tricky with 10 people. Also, the ice machine took a while to get going.Overall, we really liked the space, especially the pool and views, and with a few fixes, it could be even better!

Nice place / big an spacious

Had a few minor issues with the refrigerator but the property manager was quick to respond. There are some updates needed and pool was not very clean. Overall the house was very spacious and met all of our needs.

It was ok

It was ok nice view wasn’t very clean couldn’t find lights to the pool. Dirty linings in master bedroom and bedroom. The house seemed to had been sitting for awhile and no touch up was done.

Amenities not up to par.

The property was nice and the house was spacious. However when we arived the spa didn't work, waterfall on pool didnt work, ovens bake option didnt work, and the dishwasher wasnt 100%. All of these added up to the 4 stars.

The only thing nice was view. DON'T RENT this place

This stay has been terrible and that Will be the review I leave.My daughter and I have itched for2 days after sleeping in that bed that was not clean. I believe it is bed bugs.Dirty dishes were in the cabinets and had to be washed before using.Internet will not workToilet stopped up and can't be used Tv volume is terrible fades in and out. Pool floats everywhere.Pool cloudy and dirty Couch broken Can't read the numbers or anything on the oven (makes it unusable)Garage disposal doesn't come on so there is food sitting in the sinkTowels had big holes in themGate code would not work when arrivedWas not sent the code to get in the house when arrived Lights in the house works sometimesSewage backing up beside the house

This house is ok i could not recommend this taking babys or elderly people too may stairs it also need more toiletries we had so much trash had to buy trash bags and dish soap the pool need to be clean better too other than that the house was amazing view had fun in the pool sound system pretty loud love it 😊

Our stay for the wedding

The wedding was at spicewood vineyards and we decided to stay overnight from Converse Tx and to also have a place close to sleep after the wedding. The house was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect. The amenities were also perfect. My only complaint was that there were bugs found on the bed and two guests didn’t want to sleep in there. The house was clean but they were just scared of the bugs.

The house of stairs

TONS of stairs making this house not ideal for kids or older people. Or anyone who doesn't want to walk up and down stairs to get to the next room. Pool wasn't working for majority of our stay. We were compensated but still made for a terrible experience. Not near the water and no view of the water. Ideal if you just want to stay at the house and use the pool.
