“Wonderful hotel. Great location and decoration. The staff is super nice. We can’t have breakfast in Day 1 because we need to leave hotel earlier for food trip but she still prepare breakfast for us with warming greeting:)”

“Perfect”

“Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!”

“Very spacious apartment and it was nice that there is an elevator which is not too common in Europe. Great area but can be noisy. There needs to be more instructions; We didn't know the shutters could be closed in the living room where the sofa bed is located, there was a lot of street noise. But they can which completely helped with the noise. The dryer wasn't working so it took some time to find the two lint trays that needed to be cleaned before it would work. (no instructions)No……

“Pésima atención. Me tuvieron una hora afuera del lugar sin contestar el teléfono y luego llegó una señora y me aventó las llaves desde su auto sin ni siquiera frenarse ni hablarme ! No sabía ni cuál era el número de departamento. En el check out lo mismo no respondió mis mensajes. El lugar no está mal aunque falta limpieza y los colchones están horrendos pero la atención fue espantosa. Nunca me habían tratado así”

“I had such a great time staying at this location! The property owner was an angel; she maintained great communication, left beverages and personal hygiene materials in the apartment, and was mindful to turn on the AC before arrival to have an ideal temperature in the apartment. It is located in the center of the city and near produce and clothing stores. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. We really loved this experience, and could not recommend this specific location enough! Just……

“Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street.”

“Great location, nice roomy apartment. Parking is a challenge but there is a pay lot just outside the city centre.”

“The loft is as pictured it was a great space on the main floor however the loft bedroom if you are tall you will struggle. My husband hit head multiple times off the slanted ceiling and you basically need to duck while on the bedroom level. Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very prompt just beware of ceiling height on bedroom level. And the bed size was……

“Situato in zona defilata, questa sistemazione si è rilevata molto carina. Non scontato trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Propretaria gentilissima”

“Everything was as described and great. The coffee shop downstairs “Why Not” was very convenient for a quick Italian breakfast Thank you Riccardo for your hospitality!”
