  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Hotel Savoy is a true gem — cozy, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of the mountains. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are spotless and stylish, and the food is delicious. The spa is a relaxing bonus after a day of adventure. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing birthday celebration

We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the service incredible. We were celebrating my birthday and they found out and decorated our room. It was a very nice surprise. Excellent breakfast and the food at the restaurant was outstanding. We enjoyed the sauna and the relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this hotel

Highly recommended! Very friendly and highly service oriented people, looking for the well being of the customer, real TOP. Rooms and hotel as such, restaurant and outside area in a nice and well maintained shape, we liked it very much. Also the one Sauna is also quite OK. Will book again when we are planning to be in that region.

Fantastic hotel, location, staff, service, food.

The team at Hotel Savoy have really made a fantastic hotel experience for their guests. We had a warm welcome, a lovely room, and the restaurant/bar and wellness center had some great choices. When the receptionist would see us preparing for a day of hiking they would offer water and snacks for the day...nice touch! Would not hesitate to come back again in the future.

Alles Bestens, 10/10 Punkten. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Blick auf Spindlersmühle. Laut Zimmerplan war es wohl etwas größer wie andere Zimmer und hatte auch ein sehr geräumiges Bad. Es gab auch eine kleine Espressomaschine. Selten ein so gastfreundliches Haus gesehen. Wir empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter.

Excellent service and food

All the staffs are professionally trained how to deal with guests. Restaurant is amazingly good for the food and service. We are really satisfied with all the things in the hotel. It would be really great if the breakfast menu include bacon and beans like english style.

Great hotel in beautiful surroundings

we enjoyed this great hotel off season. the price was according. Beautiful surroundings for day trips/walks/ bicycle renting (we rented those of the hotel, were great!). The room was big, the bed was big & comf. we had a nesspresso machine in the room with capsules (included) didn't eat in the hotel, except breakfast that was included B&B, so cant comment on their restaurant.
