“I specifically booked a hotel with pool and hot tub as I need this amenity as I continue recovering from knee injury. I arrived to find the pool drained and facilities closed. The front desk basically shrugged. They did let me switch to a room across the hall when the first was in a dark corner. They also didn’t discuss parking fee and charged me for 3 days when I was only there for two. I’m not usually one to complain but this was disappointing experience.”

“This is the worst “hotel” we have ever booked. The property was NOT a hotel at all. Maximum could call as Motel! There was No front desk, in stead, it just has a little closed, steer protected space to let people check in. Before our family moved in, I saw a guy angrily came out that little space with complain that he couldn’t check in due to time passed even he paid full.
