“Wonderful value for money”

“It is a lovely little villa in Split ! Very easy to walk everywhere from there . The staff sent many emails for information and guidance . The breakfast was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast was so nice ! It’s a lot of stairs for luggage so if you aren’t capable of carrying bags you need to arrange for help but it was a lovely stay !”

“Room was impeccable. Very close to everything. Staff very helpful and communication was exceptional.”

“This is a beautiful smaller boutique hotel with large rooms located in a safe and excellent location within a short 5 min walk to the old town. Breakfast was wonderful with various a la carte selections and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel in Split. Claudio B”

“The room was clean. The hotel was in a good location walkable from the Ferry and to the bus station with medium size luggage. The room I had as on the 1st floor and was not quiet. The upper floors may be better. This hotel was good for a one night stay. Good value for this location.”

“Lovely room in a great location 5 mins walk from centre with good parking 400m away. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Muy buena localización y personal muy amable.”

“Love this place. Quiet yet close to the action of Split. We are allowed early check in which was very kind. Enjoyed a beer on the terrace and relaxed.”

“Amazing stay, great location, good amenities, and the host was very responsive and kind! The water heater was out and the host was able to fix it same day! Amazing service and GREAT spot to stay to discover split.”

“This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There were no signs outside the property to help you identify it. After back to back messaging via the Expedia app, we managed to locate the apartment. The front desk is not even managed 24 hours, which is a minimum criteria to obtain a 4 star rating. There was no mini bar, no safe in the apartment. Very misleading to advertise as a 4 star property on Expedias website.”

“The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Air conditioning worked great, new modern safe and refrigerator, and beautiful bathroom. The entrance to the building was just ok but it was in a great location. Staff was very responsive to messages throughout the stay. There were some issues with communication regarding checkin possibly due to Expedia? Fortunately the owner responded immediately once I arrived. Hard pillows affected my sleep but that was a personal preference. Highly……

“This was the nicest place we have stayed in. A bit off the centre. Frane checked us in without a hitch. Great communication. The room was well organized and very clean. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely double room, minutes away from all the attractions. Its location is perfect and it’s down a very quiet street. Very easy to find, with photo instructions of the building and its gate. I didn’t realise the room came with a little fridge, which was a nice surprise, so I could keep all my drinks cold. Allowed to leave my bag upon check out which was a great help. The room could benefit from a full sized mirror. Would 100% recommend.”

“Très bon emplacement a 3minute de la vieille ville . Nous étions dans une annexe mais tout aussi près .logement propre insonorisé Literie très bonne. Pensez peut-être a mettre les portes avec accès code plutôt que des clés .”

“Nice experience, if u want to visit blue cave, u can email to hotel (the boat and caption are all good). BTW, no TV only the sound of wave. To check in : push button bell at the door.”
