The location was wonderful to walk into aplit old town. The host was so nice and also willing to help with anything. Free car parking was convienient. Walking distance to veautiful beach. Older style decor and simplistic but clean and just fine for what sleeping and eating. Pillows werenunconfortable and he brought me new softer pillows for next tmnight which was very kind.

Mi dispiace dire che la struttura era sporchissima ,tra peli nel lavandino e doccia pieno di ragni e di tanta polvere .Era in una struttura fatiscente ,il proprietario è stato molto gentile ma non posso chiedere così tanti soldi per un posto del genere

Porte serrure non conforme sécurité, pas le droit d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre coté chambre et pas de clé, pas de verre couverts, ustensiles, obligé d'aller en prendre à la location d'à côté...plaque qui ne chauffe pas, salle de bain mediocre, rien pour mettre linge à l'exteriieur c'est super quand vous rentrez de la plage...pas possible de mettre l'unique table dehors car la porte est bloquée...obliger de recontacter le loueur pour avoir la clé du stationnement, tout au compte goutte..au bout du compte séjour raccourci... C'est loin d'être un "cottage"...

Check-in oli hämmentävää, koska ei ollut receptionia. Piti soittaa portilla "ovipuhelimella", mutta sitten sai ystävällistä palvelua. Apartemento olisi hotellia parempi kuvaus. Huone oli siisti, sijainti mainio lähellä rantaa ja keskustaa

Difficultés de compréhension avec le propriétaire qui voulait nous faire payer en milieu de séjour, nous l’avons attendus pour qu’il nous dise finalement qu’il ne viendrait que le lendemain matin. Il nous a demandé à plusieurs reprises si nous voulions payer par carte ou cash, nous lui avons répondu carte. Le jour du paiement, il n’avait pas de machine à carte, obligés d’aller retirer des sous en cash, dont le taux de change était moins avantageux pour nous. La chambre est agréable, le lit confortable, même s’il ny a pas de fenêtre (un puit de lumière dans la « cuisine »).

God service, hyggelig vert og godt renhold.

God service, godt renhold, rengjøring hver 3. dag med skift av sengetøy og håndkleet. Kort veg til stranden og severdighet, gamlebyen i Split. Kort veg til matbutikk. Det var et enkelt rom, med 2 senger, lite tekjøkken og et bad. Liten uteplass, umøblert.

Totalt misvisende ifht bilde på Hotels.com - er ikke ett hotell, men ett rom. Så ut som en fengsel celle bak ett hus inne i byen utenfor semtrum

Helt OK, men en del saker som man bör veta

Hotellet låg ganska långt ifrån själv centrala delarna av Split, tyvärr fungerade inte heller Wifi bra alls, endast om man stod vid ytterdörren. Det fanns inte heller några riktiga fönster. Helt OK boende, men inget för den som räknar med lite mer lyx.

Nice cheap Accomodation

Not far from the beach. Only a 10 min walk to old town. Overall really good value for money. Hostel price for a reasonably nice self contained apartment.

Disappointing experience. Stay clear from this one

We arrived and phoned the number given for Nickolas to bring the keys. It was not what we were expecting from the photographs. There was only 1 photo that represented the true picture of the apartment. You had to walk down a side walk by the building which was gated. then into the back of a house which was gateD. It felt like the back shed or the old fashioned pantry of the house. there was no kitchenette-just a small table and small fridge-no sink or unit as in the photo. THERE IS NO wifi. When questioned about this he took us outside to a neighbouring shop to try to hook us up the the shops wifi-in the rain. After complaining about the apartment he offered us an alternative for that day only. The place he took us to again were nothing like the pictures advertised and again was not like the usual apartments you expect. 22 Solurat which after walking down an alley way looked like a row of dog kennels. These were all connected with internal doors and you could hear everything the neighbours were saying. This place looked more like the advert pictures. The rain ran down the walls of the bathroom. After requesting a receipt which took half an hour to arrive he came back with a receipt for a different address. Overall a disappointing experience.
