支払った料金に見合う部屋が用意されていなかった。ホテル側はExpediaより連絡・要請があった「Quadrople room」との連絡を当方に送っていたが、2泊で22万円を越える室料とは全く異なった部屋（写真撮影による証拠あり）であった。ホテル側の料金表（コピーあり）ではこの「Quadrople room」は一泊約3万円であり2泊分の料金以外はExpediaのコミッションであろうとの説明を受けている。チェックイン直後にExpediaの苦情対応に電話をして善処をお願いしたが、きわめて非礼な態度で、その後の連絡に対しても不誠実、不満足な対応が続いている。ホテル側のマネージャーからはこの件についてExpediaの不正行為について証言をしてもよいとの確認、サインを受け取っている。

Perfect location in the middle of the palace

Excellent small, clean and tidy hotel right in the middle of the palace. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location meant everything in the palace was literally right outside your door. Given that you can only walk to be hotel it could be a slight adventure to find if you don’t know your way around the palace, but that’s all part of the fun.

Very overpriced

The hotel was very overpriced. The staff were friendly . The room Was spotless .however the room was unbearably hot and the air conditioner was on a timer that seemed impossible to reset . We had some tea in mugs.. they remained dirty on the dresser the 3 days we were there

The staff was outstanding and the top floor room with the terrace was incredible. We were able to have five friends join us for wine and cheese on the terrace to watch the sunset. Highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful & Great Location

This hotel is located within Diocletion's Palace. A beautiful place and our room was a blend of century's old brick and modern décor. The staff was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend staying here.

Within the landmark

It was located at the center of historical site and has the view both of high-top church and sea. You can enjoy the any of Split within the foot distance. Within 5 minutes, you can reach any places you want to visit and easily get the beach just in 15 minutes.

Virkelig god belligenhed og dejlige værrelser

Virkelig lækkert hotel i den gamle by, meget positivt eneste lidt negative var stedet hvor man spiste morgenmad, meget lille men ikke det store problem.

Excellent location beautiful hotel

We were upgraded to the newer part of the hotel and we would recommend this section of the hotel highly. Room was beautiful, staff were excellent, couldn't beat the location...right in the best part of the Diocletian palace. Only issue was the room was fairly small. There was also no hidden costs, which we seem to have been surprised with at the end of our stay in a couple of other locations. Would detinately stay there again.

Excellent 3 Night stay

We initially had some difficultly locating the street and the hotel resulting in the hotel sending someone to collect and guide us there. Much appreciated. Great reception staff friendly and helpful Nice comfortable well appointed room including safe and fast wifi. Quality bedding and nice bathroom. Good wide choice buffet breakfast enjoyed outdoors Located in the old palace close to all the attractions and restaurants, close to bus and ferry terminals. A must is to visit another gem Trogir 40 min bus trip. We highly recommended this hotel for your stay in Split.

Comfortable well situated hotel.with helpful staff

Could not be more central in the middle of the old the old palace. Make sure the hotel let's you know w how to find it. No direction signs are allowed for any of the hotels in a world heritage site. Lots of good food within 5 mins walk, and have lots of room on youy cameras memory . Very comfortable bed, and modern room. Staff all very helpful. Good speed WiFi input room.

Hotellissa ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tosin kun saavuimme receptioniin, meiltä pyydettiin huonevarauksestamme lisähintaa, jonka olimme jo maksaneet varausenteko hetkellä kokonaisuudessaan. Asia saatiin sovittua, emmekä joutuneet maksamaan, muuta kuin kaupunkiveron. Hotelli on hiukan hankala löytää, johtuu sokkeloisesta vanhastakaupungista ja kapeista kujista. Tässä on kaksi hotellia samassa - Jupiter Luxury ja Diocletian. Sijainti on aivan loistava. Aamiainen ihan ok.

Goos but not great.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. I would give that a 5 star rating. The only negatives was the wifi was terrible and the housekeeping was not up to par. My sheets were not change in the 7 days I was there. The floors were never vacuumed and bathrooms were not wiped down. Luckily it was only myself (male) traveling but if I was with my wife, it might have been a different story. I must say, the front desk staff were exceptional and very friendly.

屋根裏部屋のような少し狭い部屋でしたが、きれいでした。荷物を広げることはできます。世界遺産の街の中で雰囲気があります。 朝食のバウチャーがチェックインのときに渡されるので、持っていく必要があります。２つのレストランの好きなほうで食べるようにいわれましたが、メニューの充実度が違います。スタッフの男性がとても親切でパノラマスポットやレストランの紹介、予約をしてくれました。助かりました。のんびり歩くにはいい場所です。 朝早くに教会の鐘の音が聞こえるので目が覚めてしまいますが。静かな街の雰囲気は朝から満喫できます。

Vale a pena!

O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado mas tivemos alguns problemas durante a nossa estadia, que durou apenas um dia, o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, o que fez com que o banheiro e o quarto alagassem, o secador parou de funcionar e o ar não dava vazão... Não tivemos como trocar de quarto porque o hotel estava cheio e o staff tentou resolver os problemas, mas é sempre um incômodo!
