Great place to stay. Centrally located to main square. Clean, convenient and an accommodating staff. I will definitely recommend to friends. Of important note, there are several stairs to enter guesthouse and then several stairs to each room.

Very clean room, conveniently located in the heart of town. Air conditioning worked well. Had everything you needed. Coffee kettle and small refrigerator. Right above a nice restaurant! Felt very safe and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend to others.

Our stay was amazing mostly due to how clean and perfect the room was and also from all the places we stayed at in the last few years, Krešimir, the host was truly the kindest and most helpful host we have ever had. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and was helpful with anything that we needed. There were so many options out there of where to stay and we are so glad we picked his apartment. It was a 10/10 in every way. Thank you 🙏

We LOVED our stay! The location is perfect and the room has everything you need. It was cozy, comfortable, and we felt safe as 2 female travelers. The room is tucked away in an alley so it is nice and quiet at night. A/c worked great and we never had any issues with hot water running out.

We had a great time in Split! The hotel was perfectly located to the main squares and restaurants! The hotel was easy to find, very clean and tidy and Kresimir was excellent at checking in and offering help if we needed it. Thank you!

Location Location Location. This is in the heart of old town Split. 1 min walk from the seafront. Situated amongst all the restaurants, shops and historical buildings. Our room was on the 3rd floor of a narrow staircase, so something to bear in mind if elderly. Book a room on a lower floor. Bathroom was lovely and new. Comfy bed. Keycode entry to the building sent via email. Did not meet anyone from the property but we're quick to respond back through email or WhatsApp. Good AC and hot water. Would stay here again because of centralized location.

We had an amazing stay here, using it as our base for the exploring the city and region for five nights. The experience was superb in every respect; clean, convenient, quiet, and exceptionally communicative and helpful staff!

We stayed 2 nights here and it was really nice. The location is great in the old town center but still quiet at night. The host was very friendly and helpful with some great suggestions for restaurants and things to explore in Split. Can highly recommend

The property manager Kresimir was super helpful in assisting with our travel issues, was very responsive in communications, and offered good suggestions. He allowed us to keep our luggage in the property when some unexpected travel interruptions occurred. Overall the property was very well located and accessible to the old town of Split and ferry port, clean, and has great water pressure.

Absolutely spectacular stay! Everything we needed and more, perfect decor and comfort, clean, and literally one street over from the main Placa. And the hosts were beyond sweet and considerate! cannot say enough good things about this place!!

Nice place tucked above a quiet restaurant. With the maze of walkways and alleys, it took a bit to find but the unit was located close to everything in the old town. Kresimir was an excellent host with great communication. We stayed in a studio apartment which was sufficiently roomy and comfortable for two. The stairs are steep and narrow but Kresmir helped us with our luggage coming and going. Note that payment needs to be in cash if you don’t prepaid. Also, cars, taxis and bus are not allowed in the old town so you have to walk about 0.3 km to get there but it’s fun walking to find it. We really enjoyed our two night stay and you would too.

Great location. Convenient to main sites, activities and an array of restaurants. Very clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Location is between two courtyard restaurants which are loud late into the night. Enjoy the fun, take your earplugs or stay somewhere else.
