Quercus - Downtown Elegance

Spacious and bright Quercus apartment is centrally located, only few minutes walking distance from Diocletian’s Palace and the sea.

Nestled on the 3rd floor in a century-old building, where old world charm meets modern comfort and luxury, this sophisticated, airy apartment features high ceilings and large windows, warm tones of natural oak, wooden furniture and joinery, creating pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Comfortable fully equipped space with area of almost 100 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen size double bed and one king size bed that can convert into two twin beds – on request before arrival) + 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), 2 balconies, kitchen, living and dining room.

This unique place is a perfect spot for exploring rich history heritage in Dalmatia.

We highly recommend this property! The location is perfectly located for visiting old town and other areas of Split with nearby places for groceries, great bakeries, coffee and restaurants. It is quiet, clean and comfortable for two couples with everything necessary for our stay. The owner is very engaged and helpful and went above and beyond making our stay memorable.

My sister and I stayed at Ana’s apartment for 10 days in August, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ve been fortunate to stay in many beautiful apartments in different countries over the years, but Ana’s accommodation outshone them all.The apartment is decorated to the highest standard — spotless, spacious, and very stylish — while also being equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
