Hotel is very good. Breakfast was good but the evening buffet was not despite being the most expensive dinner for our enture stay. Its been commented on by many others but the abandoned partially built hotel is a blot on the landscape and needs to be finished or knocked down

It was a nice property and we enjoyed the spa. I don’t think the rooms were anything special. The staff were very nice. I would give this report 4 stars.

Zeker niet kindvriendelijk, personeel afstandelijk. Zwembad veel eerder gesloten dan aangegeven. Omgeving aan de zeekant mooi, daaromheen veel lelijke bebouwing. Ontbijt en kamer uitstekend.

Love hotel and restaurants. When sitting outside for dinner the building right next-door is coming in graffiti. It’s also graffiti all over the buildings around the hotel. It’s a shame cause it is a beautiful place.

Vi har trivts såå bra. Superfint på Mistral vid stranden och tre fina restauranger på hotellet. Vi hade fantastisk utsikt från balkongen och ett stort fint rum.

Location and property are lovely. Service is poor. Room cleaning haphazard; floors not cleaned, towels removed and not replaced, items in the coffee tray not replaced for 1st 3 days and I ended up having to ask to replace them and clean the coffee machine. Check in staff promised early check in but when we went back to desk, we were told no it would be normal check in time, which is fair enough but why not say that from the start. High demand for the shuttle bus but not thought to put on an extra service.

We stayed for 8 nights, and had to call for housekeeping to clear the room on 4 separate days. Also there was a sock left in the room which didn’t get picked up for 7 nights, also food under the sofa, and the worktops were sticky. My wife and I pride ourselves on cleanliness and after coming back from a day out we expect to come back to a clean room, other than that the hotel was very accommodating to us and our requests. The handwash and hand lotion was not checked or replaced.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 7 days, on arrival the check-in was fast, the front desk girl was very helpul, communicative & even made us a reservation for the hotel restaurant. Once in our room, i noticed the bathroom had hairs on the wall, the carpet was stained, the nightstands were old & dingy. I was expecting a lot more for this resort. The mattress was comfy, but some of our towels had holes in them. However, the reason why I chose this hotel was for the beach access. Once you go down to the beach & the beach club, its stunning! Beautiful pebbled beach, clean, it goes on for miles. The non resort side of the beach is also beautiful, theres a beach bar which is more economical than the club. In walking distance you'll find a small supermarket, you can buy drinks & snacks if you want to save money. The breakfast buffet was also a hit. Great food & selection, attentive staff and manager. The rooms definitely need a face lift, the surrounding area is mostly houses & apartment buildings. We took an Uber everyday to downtown, they came relatively fast, approx. 7-10 euros one way. We had an amazing week in Croatia, I would stay at the Radisson again if it were remodeled.

The property was beautiful with stunning views. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would hv been nice to have a small store to buy snacks, water, sunscreen etc. but we had a wonderful stay.

The Hotel itself is great. The service at the pool restaurant was not good, we’ve been to simulator hotels with all inclusive with much better service. They had no willingness to sale. When we arrived at the hotel we had no extra bed even though we had it in our booking. Only two towels in the room, and poorly with glasses.

The hotel, restaurants, staff, were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The restaurants offered a variety of delicious food and drinks. Some of the basic room amenities and toiletries had to be requested daily. Each room should be equipped with a walk-in shower. Transportation to Old Town & activities are readily accessible.

The hotel itself was lovely and the spa was exceptional. When i booked the hotel, i had read that the hotel had a kids club and kids menu. There was no kids club or kids menu in any of the hotel restaurants. I struggled to find food that my 2 and 6 year old could eat. They ended up living off fries and chocken temders. We had 2 rooms but both balconys had construction taking place outside, which obstructed and ruined what wouod have been peaceful mornings on the balcony. I did appreciate that mistral beach ended at 10pm, so there was no noise after that time.

Food and drink prices extremely expensive. Not enough beds around the pool. Terrible derelict building complete with lots of graffiti as a view. Nowhere nearby to eat. Breakfasts great. Split is gorgeous but I would go to a hotel nearer to the old town. We were 15 min drive to the old town. Great Uber prices though or free hotel bus into town at set times.

So I payed for a superior room with a sea view and this was the room I got… when I booked I was guided by the pictures they haven on their website of the views from the rooms.. however very misleading.. Although they tried to make up for it it wasn’t enough considering how much money I spent.. also for a 5 star hotel the service is really average.. I had to ask 3 times for hand soap in the room and the waiters were dismissive. The “beach club” is also not from their management so good luck trying to figure out how it works and getting someone to take a drink/food order. On a positive note: the Spa services are very food and the breakfast buffet also has many good options.

This property was ok. The photos make it look like it’s being renovated or newly renovated and it’s not. Room was outdated and small. Mold spots in bathroom. View of abandon structure covered in graffiti, right off balcony.
