Staff was very friendly, we saw the host once let us in the rooms very early which we were so grateful for. The only thing I could mention about is the taped up shower head in one room. But it was working ok I didn’t touch it just in case it came off. The location was great about 1 minute to meeting points for trips. Central to everything. Just to let people know there are a few steep steps leading up to the rooms.

Great location and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Note that it is not accessible by taxi and it is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the room. A bit difficult to find. And our room was 48 steps up. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs.

Staff was extremely responsive and let us leave bags earlier than our check in time. The room is very small and up two flights of stairs. Great location walkable to everything. One thing to note is that Google maps will take you around the corner. Make sure to look for the actual address.

A great area to be in for your Split vacation. Convenient access to the boardwalk and within the original palace. At least 6 ice cream shops within 2 minutes walk.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the action but double glazing means the apartment is very quiet. Air conditioning works a treat and bed is super comfy. Clean, tidy but very small (like really small if you have 2 suitcases!), although manages to pack in a fridge, kettle, garment steamer. Unfortunately shower head was broken and wouldn't stay in place. Host met with us although a little slow to reply.

I am so glad we stayed here! It was affordable, clean, comfortable, and great location. The pictures were a little confusing as far as layout but it was actually all on one level once you got inside - the stairs shown are more for decoration and go nowhere, which was totally fine as it was still more spacious than expected and perfect for a couple to stay in. There is no front desk, it operates more like an Air BnB, but the host communicated well and was available via WhatsApp. The kitchenette was great to have, and there was a kettle with tea and instant coffee provided.

This was an excellent location! We were in the heart of split and in walking distance to everything! Even with it being lively at night, the apartment was very quiet and comfortable.

Beautifully appointed room. Excellent central location but still very quiet. Room is fairly small but you don’t want to spend much time there since the old town is so wonderful to walk around in. Easy check in and out. Very responsive host who gave lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit

Looks like it is a renovated apartment in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The lighting in the apartment is very modern. The bathroom is very nice , particularly the waterfall shower. The apartment was clean. There are enough cups, plates, and kitchen utensils. Demi reached us by WhatsApp while we were in our way to Split. He was at the apartment when we arrived. He was gracious enough to carry our two carry-on suitcases to our apartment on stairs. You have to climb fifty stairs. He was very polite. However, we found that the cooking range did not work. However, our host Deni made it up by providing a free breakfast at one of the nearby hotels. Also, Inleft my phone in the apartment after check out. But when called Ivica, he was fortunately close by and immediately came and opened the apartment for us. It was so convenient. Thanks Ivica.
