「They provided an infant bed that was spacious enough for our 2-year-old, which was very helpful. The view from our room overlooking the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning. There was also a sauna in the basement, although it wasn’t mentioned at check-in. 「Perfect stay. Room was lovely, view was beautiful, and we got excellent advice on local hikes and meals. Couldn’t recommend higher. 」

「We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was great, breakfast was very nice, staffs were helpful. The only thing is the size of the room, we could barely fit 2 mid sized suitcases. Try to reduce your luggage if possible! 」

「I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...

Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean.
