Nice relatively clean and convenient hotel with comfortable bed and big TV - could have cleaner - dust in unit - a/c unit pulled away from wall - nice view of river - close to many restaurants and Gonzaga U. Staff were efficient and friendly.

There was no coffee in the room and no one said anything about parking fee, that should be included in rate.

Room furnishings were rather dated -shabby but bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I notified the front desk about the loud fan motor on heating/ac unit/sounds like a bearing going out; and low battery light on thermostat. Staff was excellent, good customer service skills. I was attending a conference at the Convention Center and I could easily walk back and forth to my room during the daytime conference.

Rooms was dirty, carpet was torn in places along with clogged sinks and stained/ dirty couch. Not a pleasant experience. Service was good.

Hotel staff was very nice, room could have been a little cleaner. The older interior hold stains and makes it feel less clean, but I would stay again if I was to ever go to back to Spokane.

Wonderful stay! Room was impeccable. Staff very helpful and positive in their approach to answering questions. Enjoyed dinner and later dessert at Spencers. Food and service were awesome. Very convenient to stay here and access the show in the nearby theatre.

Booked a river view room but put into a a room on the other side of the hotel.
Shower faucet handle was loose and came off in my wife’s hand.
Coffee maker had not been cleaned and a soggy coffee pouch was still inside.
Bed was great.
Steakhouse food was terrific. Reasonable prices. Waitress was cute, funny and efficient.

Surprised that there is a $25 parking fee! For one night… was not expecting that…also there were crumbs in a chair upon our arrival. It was late and just wanted a clean bed so didn’t complain. Bed seemed to fresh sheets and pillows. For the cost probably won’t stay again.

A lot of people were staying that night, that attended the same event (Broadway play) as us. Many, many people came back afterward and wanted to sit in the bar to hang out and discuss but there was nothing open. Also, no coffee bar was set up in the morning. Very poor amenities.

Thank you for the feedback! While our restaurant does close at 10, we have seating available in our lobby and drinks available in our gift shop for after hours. We do have free coffee from 4-6am. However, from 6am on, our lovely barista stand is available for coffee. We hope to welcome you back another time for a better stay.
It was nice to be in walking distance to the performing arts center. Well lit and easy to find. Enjoyed the free cookie but was dissapointed that there was no fresh coffee to go with it.

Clean well maintained room. Bed was firm and comfortable. We had a view of the river which was nice. I am allergic to feather pillows so when I discovered we had down pillows I called the front desk. They said they would take care of it right away. We waited almost 30 minutes and then had to leave for the play we came to see. We came back at 11:00 to find no one had brought new pillows. After the play my husband went to front desk and ask again. Twenty minutes later someone finally showed up with only 2. So my husband slept on down. Service could have been better.
