“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“Complimentary soup/salad in the evening is a nice touch, as well as a free beverage. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was wonderful, food of all types, fruit, yogurt, coffee, all fresh and nicely presented.”

“It was in a good location. A little run down, but clean. The parking lot was very small. The room was nice, ok for a night. Strong lotion smell in our room and the hotel had a cleaning smell.”

“This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay.”
