「I was greeted by friendly staff (TJ) The room was larger than I expected. Pool/hot tub and snack nook stayed open 24 hours. Hot tub is hot and large. Breakfast was full size restaurant style. I feel that I got good value for my money.」

「Bathtub was clogged, the hotel ran out of breakfast and towels. We had to shower and use wash rags to dry off five people. Key card only worked for one day of our two day trip. Cockroaches outside the building. No daily maid service. DO NOT stay here」

「The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area.」

「I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it.」

「Was kinda disappointed that we didn't have heat for the hot tub, but it was nice to have a big tub in the room even though the jets didn't work. Great customer service though.」
