Prime location in Spokane’s South Hill area, with quick 5 minute freeway access, 10 minutes from downtown Spokane, and 30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene!
5 minutes from Target and Traders Joes.

This comfortable travel home is equipped for groups and families looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay - your home away from home.
Plenty to do here with a TV and fully equipped kitchen area!
An office space is ready for work and study on the go.

NO pets/animals allowed on the property.
•NO smoking, vaping, drugs, etc.
•Strictly only the number of guests registered on your reservation are allowed to stay.
•NO parties, events or gatherings allowed. Any sort of party or event is PROHIBITED and neighbors will notify us if any disturbances.

Everything at this house was perfect! It was very clean. The house was exactly as presented on the website. The configuration of the bedrooms was exactly what we needed. The closeness of restaurants and Trader Joe’s was very handy. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place in Spokane. 100% recommend!

Great rental, exactly as advertised. Very clean and modern, nice amenities and very comfortable beds. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, and although not really walking distance to restaurants or stores, it is only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown or other attractions

Great location!

My family and my niece’s family shared this wonderful house! We had kids aged 1,4 and 17 and it worked well for everyone! The house is bright and super clean with a well equipped kitchen. The backyard was perfect for the kids and there were parks nearby. It was very easy to get where we needed with lots of shopping and conveniences close (5 min). The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
