“Carole (the owner) and her staff were absolutely wonderful; always friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten track (for us) in a wonderful part of Quebec. We only wish that Quebec roads did not have as many potholes! Still, the poutine in the area was good. The hotel itself is within walking distance of many restaurants and beaches The breakfasts were cooked as we needed and the selection was very good and delivered at the time we ordered. The presentation was also……

“Great location for our ski trip. Room had plenty of space to store our winter gear. Although the property looks dated, our room was renovated with new furniture. Good value for the money. ”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.”

“The pool and spa were over chlorinated. Most of the jets didn't work. I had escargot gratinee at the restaurant. It was terrible. Oily and the cheese was extremely low quality. I mentioned it to the waitress but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The main course was shrimp and two were not fresh and the rest were severely overcooked. For 100$, i was expecting a 5 star meal.”

“The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from.……

“Chambre propre, personnel courtois et serviable, déjeuner continental très bon dans une salle lumineuse et agréable, accès aux pistes de ski de fond à côté du bâtiment, débarcadère face à la porte d’entrée avec une douzaine de marches et grand stationnement tout près ”

“C'est excellent. C'est notre place favorie pour se détendre. ”

“La chambre était parfaite et très propre, par contre les espaces publics comme les corridors n’étaient pas propre tapis sale, et balayeuse pas passée depuis plusieurs jours. La piscine et spa étaient bien. Très bien situé et prix très abordable”
