"Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch."

"There was coffee and a coffee pot in the room. There was a balcony. It was close to the train station when leaving for the airport. The front desk was helpful with the best way to get to the airport. However, what we did not like was that the profile picture looked nothing like the hotel we stayed in. "Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good! "

Located in the very short distance from the Berlin International AirPort- this hotel is really helpful for many visitors. Railway station is in 2 minutes. The train can bring you to the center of the city - practically all the most important places of the city, and of course, back to the airport.
