The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel carpet was very dirty though and they do not give slippers, luckily i had my own so i didn't have to step on the carpet at all. They also did not come and clean my room during the day? They have housekeeping so not sure why they didn't. Everything else was good. Tram is a 2 min walk and it's easy to get to the city centre from the hotel.

Everything was great except for one thing. The beds were a bit too hard. Softer beds would be nice.

Chose a room away from train track
It is a very good hotel, very comfy and clean. The restaurant menu was limited but we are in Covid times... The noise of freight trains passing by at 3am woke me up...the night was short. That being said, all the rest was very good, therefore next time I'll ask for a room on the other side of the hotel and I'll give it a better mark.

My shower curtain had dirt stains and my closest had a dirt blanket on the floor. They charge you 20 Swiss Francs per day for parking. Also they did fire Alarm Testing at 9 am, without warning or compensation.

unexplained expenses
Well the hotel is really nice and clean modern comfortable however some things quite important in my opinion that you ARE NOT TOLD YOU MUST PAY 100 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR EVERY NIGHT OF YOUR STAY YOU ARE CHARGED 25 PER NIGHT PARKING THE HOTEL IS 11KM FROM ZURICH CENTER So I was staying 5 nights I had quite a lot of unexpected expense IE 500 security deposit 125 parking and 25 city tax BE WARNED other than that its a nice hotel with good food nice staff and i enjoyed the trip to Switzerland and who knows i might yet get my security deposit credited back to my account as promised but not arrived as yet and its been 8 days since they took it

It was a family trip, the hotel air conditioning is very very poor , it was sweating all night . The rooms are too small for 3 people, this seems to an outer location good for business not for a family vacation

What was there to like about this hotel? There was construction outside, the room was hot and wasn’t clean for the duration we were there, found previous guests garbage in the room and as paying guests of the hotel, having to pay for parking was completely ridiculous and expensive!

Excellent setting within new neighbourhood. A total refresh from traditional hectic Zurich city centre and you might be disappointing if you are looking for that city life. Very peaceful, though the public transport takes a little waiting to do. Dietikon would be one of the nearest township and beautiful neighbourhood. We love the ambience and the facilities at the hotel and the staff has been very attentive especially the cute-curly hair young lady at night shift. Kudos

NEVER AGAIN... AVOID
Upon arrival from a early morning morning flight, we were told to come back around 3pm as there are no rooms available, even though i explained that I had a early flight from Dubai. We were told to visit a nearby mall, which we did and returned back around 2pm to which we were still asked to wait even though their check out time for guests is 11am a room should have been available by now. As we waited patiently the room then became available after 30mins to which the lady at the reception informed me that they require a credit card to block 300swiss francs, I explained i dont have a credit card and that instead can i offer a deposit amount in British Pounds as i didnt have swiss francs on me to cover the deposit as per their policy. The receptionist very rudely told me that “no money no key” i explained to her that iv just come off a flight I am really tired let me have a nap for a few hours and then ill go exchange some money and give you the 200swiss francs cash as deposit, even though 200 british pounds would have been more than sufficient to cover, to which she replied “we dont take pounds we only tale dollars or swiss francs and i should go back to the mall which was a 15min walk and come back with the money” i felt so belittled and made to look like a fool, I am well travelled and a gold member with hotels.com and have never experienced such low level customer service, even the duty manager was not supportive, this is NOT hilton level standards the staff NEED training.

Perfect for family with kids
It was good but can be better. But would expect a bit more of Equipments available in the room as standard such as body wash, slippers etc. Overall staffs were pleasant and very helpful. Will surely recommend this to family looking for a great place to live. Breakfast was really good.

Great place to stay
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. This hotel is a new hotel and they didnt have cribs yet, but because they didnt we were upgraded to a bigger room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Naja für Frühstück 27 Franken verlangen dafür kein Gemüse hinstellen ist schon etwas zu viel Auswahl fällt sehr üppig aus wirklich Im allgemeinen ist dieses Hotel sehr gut und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in 20 min mit dem auto in der Stadtmitte

OK hotel men elendig beliggenhed
OK hotel men elendige omgivelser og støj fra en gods banegård som har aktivitet døgnet rundt og det larmer. Der burde være en kaffe automat mere ved morgenbuffet der er evig trængsel for at få en kop kaffe....
