「There were darkish blotches on the ceiling above the bed, which were very noticeable and quite distracting. The room was clean, but that diminished the feeling of clean. I showed the desk clerk and the cleaning staff the smudge and recommended they bleach it or clean it somehow. The desk clerk was apologetic and said they'd take care of
