Our host answered all questions, was very informative and ensured our stay was good. The river is beautiful and has a fun, summer vibe. We saw manatee everyday, sometimes at the dock and then several while kayaking. The property is well equipped for fun and relaxation. The only surprise to us was surrounding properties were less than desirable. It was a little disappointing driving in, but once we arrived and got situated, we had a fantastic week!! If you are looking for a place to cool off, relax and solid family time, this is the place for you! "

"What a great place to stay with all the amenities of home and being able to enjoy the beautiful river view from the back porch and yard, paradise for sure. Karen and Alex are excellent hosts and are always available to assist with any questions or issues. Also, it's really cool to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. We rented a go boat and that made it a nice way to see the river at a leisurely pace. Can't wait for our next adventure at this river home."
