Charming Cozy Cottage @ Aly Farm- Long-Stay Ready

Take it easy at Aly Farm at this unique and tranquil getaway cottage. If you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle or a place to stay after a long day of work you have found the perfect place. The stunning views and relaxation is just what you need. Start your day with an enjoyable cup of coffee on the beautiful covered porch or wind down your evening with a glass of wine. Inside you'll have all you need. No matter how your choose to spend you time, this space is sure to please.

We welcome your fur babies, 2 dogs max (unless additional approval given), unfortunately we can not accommodate cats. Dogs must be crated if left alone.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, toaster, microwave, hand mixer, baking sheets, cutting boards, iron/ironing board, and much more
BATHROOM: Full bathroom (tub/shower), linens, body wash, shampoo/conditioner provided. We offer an eco-friendly unit with a 38 gallon electric hot water tank, which is easily sufficient for two normal showers. The electric tank will then require approx 2 hrs to reheat. Water conservation is required for more water usage.
INDOOR LIVING: Roku Smart TV, fireplace, dining table, board games, books
OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered front porch (NO SMOKING), rocking chairs, glider rocker, tables. Back porch lounge seating for 2 plus table with seating for 4
GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer & dryer, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries, bathroom towels, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags & paper towels, window A/C & electric heat

PARKING: 2 vehicles. It is approx 120ft from the parking area to walk to the door. There is a wagon on the front porch for your convenience if you like to use to carry extra items.

Stay for a week, a month, or longer and enjoy this beautiful home away from home location. We welcome longer stays and have provided basic cleaning supplies, but do require the home to be cleaned professionally (does not include laundry of bed or towel linens) every 30 days. If looking for a stay longer than 30 days you can either create separate 30 day bookings to include the cleaning fee or we can charge fee separtely.

We provide a few complimentary cold beverages upon your arrival to relax after your travels. There may be a few condiments/spices in the fridge or cabinets that have been paid forward from a previous guest. Feel free to use at your convenience if you wish and pay forward after your stay.

If your stay is over a Thursday we ask that you take the trash can to the road as trash pick up is Friday early morning. If your stay is more than 7 days we ask you do light cleaning. A weekly cleaning service can be provided for an additional cost.

We are an active and busy family of 4 living on the property and the Cozy Cottage an extension of our home. We have many projects going on and around our 25+ acres and we will be in and out. Your privacy is of upmost importance, aside from the occasional running into each other as we do work on the property.
We also offer scheduled tours of MiddleTN and twice daily drop off/pick up service to Nashville, Franklin, Leipers Fork, Columbia, Duck River, etc. If your visit is to explore we have neighboring horseback riding and berry picking farms, and golfing.
