Great Home base location

This was our first time "snowbirding" and this house delivered all what we needed. The layout is perfect with an open kitchen, dining and living room. The bedrooms were spacious with large closets. The master bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and is tastefully decorated. The hallway bathroom was also nicely decorated with updated fixtures. The backyard was fully fenced, but needs some work which the owner is fully aware of. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen. There is so much counter space and cupboard space that it never felt cramped. The two big windows over the sink flooded the room wirh daylight. You can literally watch the cranes and ibis' in your front yard. We sincerely thank the iTrip team for a wonderful and relaxing experience.

The home was beautiful and well maintained. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay while we visited weeki spring and Rogers State Park (fairly close drive). They trully put a lot of thought in decorating the home to ensure your stay was enjoyable! I would definitely rent this home again when visiting the area.

House was very nice. Updated and clean. No clutter. Had everything we needed. Just as it looks in the pictures. Property manager was very responsive to my questions and requests- often responded within minutes. Would definitely stay there again if in the Spring Hill area.
