The space
Unwind in our newly remodelled 3 bed 2 bath paradise. Along with this enjoy your very own private bathroom. There are 3 4K TVs in our 2000 square ft house . Just punch in your Netflix account and spend your time snuggling up and watching movies. Whip up a quick meal in our fully stocked kitchen. We also have a washer and dryer on site. Don't worry about parking because we can fit up to 5 cars in our driveway. Have an Electric car? No problem! We have an electric car fast charging outlet, Just bring your own charger!
THE INSIDE
Our spacious master bedroom has a split AC so you can cool the room to your desired temperature. This room features two large bean bag chairs as well as a LG 55 Inch 4K TV and a private attached bathroom. The yellow room includes a bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses and a night stand. This warm and cozy room is great for kids. The teal shark room has a queen bed and an office desk perfect for those who have work while on vacation . It also has a Pioneer 43 Inch amazon smart 4K TV. The living room has a comfy couch and LG 55 Inch 4K TV with a view out to the back yard. This house comes with a 6 seater dining table perfect to enjoy breakfast with ample natural sunlight through our large windows. The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, a toaster, a blender, and even a bartender kit for you to put your drink making skills to the test. Lastly, the sunroom/ hallway is a memorable place in our house. The full length of the wall is filled with large panel sized windows that illuminate the whole house.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the dolphins comfortably from the gazebo. With just a few steps, you can access the dock and catch an assortment of snook, king fish, mackerel, and crab. Are you interested in scalloping? Well our location is the best in the area! Sit back and watch as the skies turn crimson as the sun sets. The house is designed to take tons of pictures so take advantage of that! We have a large variety of places to eat in our cozy town ranging from a quick bite to fine dining. Check out the Silver Dolphin, Gator Dockside, Brian’s Place, and Upper Deck, some of our favourites. Wrap up the night with multiple award-winning Papa Clyde’s ice cream just a couple minutes away.

HOUSE RULES
-Quiet time after 10PM.
-Parties/events are not allowed.
-Only registered guests are allowed to stay. There is a fee of $20/guest after the first 10 guests.
-Tampering with the Wi-Fi, or security devices will result in a cancellation of your stay without refund.
-There is a $50 fee for late check-out. Cleaners will arrive at 10AM.
- If you want to extend your stay you must contact host to make sure there is no conflicts.
-If you smoke (outside only) please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can outside. Do not bring them inside and put them in the garbage. If you smoke inside, there is a charge of $100-$300, assessed.
-You are welcome to cook. But if you cook something, or do anything that leaves a strong odor that the cleaning crew must address it, you will be charged a additional cleaning fee of $100. Any excessive smell which affects the next guest will be handled in a case by case basis.
-Maximum of 2 pets only. Please pick up after your pets!
- Any damages to the house caused by pets will be addressed on a case by case basis.
