This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. All bedrooms include flat-screen smart TVs and plenty of storage.



🛌 Bedroom #1: King sized bed. Smart TV. Large dresser and couch. Trundle bed in large closet with twin and twin. We recommend this for kids as not the most comfortable.

🛌 Bedroom #2: Full bed with Queen, dresser, large closet, and smart TV.

🛌 Bedroom #3: Queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV.

The home has 2 full bathrooms, including an en-suite and a shared bathroom. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Guest Access:

All other amenities and spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay!

Other Things to Note:

. Heated Pool:

The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. It must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). Please notify me within one week of your arrival if you would like the pool heated. If not informed in advance, it may take 24-48 hours to reach the desired temperature. The pool will be heated to 83-88°F, or up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if outside temperatures are below 50°F. Note: The pool is not a hot tub.



Please be aware you could hear coyotes at night as this forest is near by. It is possible you could see wildlife on your stay. Garage door not set up to work.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill or fire pits on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.
