As you enter through the front door, you`ll step into a welcoming living room that seamlessly flows into the dining area and modern kitchen. A hallway leads off the living room, connecting three cozy bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed. Additionally, there`s a full guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, just across from the guest bedroom. There is also some outdoor seating out back and a private fully fenced backyard where you can shoot some hoops or roast marshmallows around the fire.



A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.

We had a fun stay with restaurants, coffee shops, shopping nearby. Close enough for fun in Franklin and Nashville. Property was clean and as advertised. Host was an excellent communicator. Would definitely stay there again.
