As you enter through the front door, you'll step into a welcoming living room that seamlessly flows into the dining area and modern kitchen. A hallway leads off the living room, connecting three cozy bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed. Additionally, there's a full guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, just across from the guest bedroom. There is also some outdoor seating out back and a private fully fenced backyard where you can shoot some hoops or roast marshmallows around the fire.
A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
