I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY! I had great communication with the host, the property was very clean and easy to check into! The host was able to switch my dates and have me check in early and was very understanding! I will be booking this property when I am in town again! thanks so much!

Good for short stay

Overall, its a decent property, however it needs come cosmetic improvements and a few corrections to issues we found. Very comfortable house and beds. Neighborhood was concerning but didn't have any issues. Check in was easy. Owner was nice and responsive. have any issues.

House doesn’t have shades so a night you can see inside the house at night, had too text property manager just too get the temperature turned up, guest aren’t allowed too touch the ac/heating unit Wanted too sit on the porch have a cigar and some drinks.. spot light on porch shines way too bright and just stays on they have the light switch locked so you can’t turn it off Which makes it uncomfortable. House was very nice just some things made it uncomfortable. Only one small tv in the living .one only small couch.I felt I paid way too much and got nothing for my money

Graduation trip

Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness & the amenities available. I expected it to be more home like. There was a misunderstanding about # in our party so there were not enough towels available. No hand towels. No trash bags or paper towels. If you want to cook there make sure to plan on bringing everything. Not even salt & pepper provided. Definitely not a repeat for me.

Tropical Oasis is NOT One

The neighborhood is quite sketchy. We arrived to find the front lawn covered in weeds. Looks like it had not been mowed in weeks. The AC did not work and after spending all day in the heat at the US Open, that was not going to work for us. The temperature registered on the thermostat was 79. This is North Carolina in the summer. Management should have made sure the AC was working!!! We found a hotel nearby and left. Waiting for a refund!!

Family event

The house is immaculate. However, there should be a basket by the door for the shoes, since no shoes in the house. There were no waste baskets in the kitchen or bathroom, as well as no garbage bags, good thing we brought our own. The lights/fans in the 1st two bedrooms work off each other, so it was hard to get your own fan for your own room to work for that room. The beds were very comfortable. Another couch would be good since the house sleeps 8, but seats only 3 on a small couch, and a coffee table would be nice. Coffee was provided.
