“The lady at the front desk was super sweet, she was so helpful and courteous, the place was quiet and clean, the shower is amazing, and you can just relax I in peace. 😊”

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“Pros- easy to find, outside of the building is clean and attractive, unique, friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, wonderful jetted tub, restaurant attached, great waitress Cons- when you check in there’s a sign saying to call someone for help checking in, elevator is broken (we were on the 4th floor), floor is lopsided in the hallway and the room, peeling wallpaper in some areas, threadbare towels, coffee only on the second floor,very warm with no temperature change after adjusting the……

“The hotel itself is very nice. However the location of the hotel is not ideal. This hotel is located next to a freight train track. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel at ALL. All night long, the train passes every couple hours. Every time it passes, you will hear the horn at least 10 times. The hotel offered one pair of ear plugs, thankfully my husband had his noise canceling earbuds. Our room was located on the highest floor and that did not make a difference.”

“The room was not too terrible of stay overall, other than the bathroom being a little dingy but the atmosphere was inadequate. Being that it is next to a bar, even on the far side you can still hear the music till 2 am. People were loud and yelling in the hallways throughout the night and early in the morning, seemed like nothing was remotely soundproof. If you want a relaxing and on the quiet side, I do not recommend staying here.”

“Sleepless mornings. I work nights I wasn’t able to get any sleep due to all the noise going on on top of me morning , noon, and night stayed there a week . Spoke to management multiple times issue continued. Stayed a week spent too much money to not enjoy SLEEP”

“We got two rooms one of them better than the other. One room the door to the hall was cut off to short and was about 2 inches off the floor. It made for noise and a lot of light. We had to put pillows at the door. The sink and shower was stopped up in that same room.”
