Beautiful surroundings, not a typical motel, used to be a Spanish Hacienda. Nice pool, jacuzzi, large separate playroom by the pool with TV.

I absolutely loved staying at the Vineyard. It was so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. And I believe her name was Patty, if I’m not mistaken. She was such a blessing and such a wonderful host. She was so kind and welcoming, and letting me enjoy the pool pretty much all day was such a blessing! Thank you so much for everything. I truly enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely be coming back to the Vineyard the next time I’m in San Diego. ❤️ Thank you again for such a beautiful and peaceful experience!

A cool experience in a very unique hotel. The outdoors in beautifully landscaped with a Koi pond that has food available for you to feed them. The retro gameroom is equipped with a billiards table, TVs, a ping pong table and a kitchenette. The pool is large and DEEP. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he was very kind. Rhonda checked us in when we arrived after dark and gave us a tour. She took us to the wine cellar which is something everyone should experience. We will definitely put Vineyard Hacienda in our plans when we return to SoCal. Thanks for the memories!

Just getting there you drive through a small shoddy neighborhood very little signage when you get there it’s just a Misch mash really it’s an old branch style house that was decorated maybe in the 70s and when I turned on the coffee maker, the lights all flashed it was so Tutti Frutti that I sent a video to my wife and she said lock the door. Leave me the lady that’s there that dealt with me was very nice, but it took a while to find her and I heard other people walking around talking loudly trying to find somebody to help them. It’s a goofy deal.

First let me say if you are looking for a uniform standardized chain hotel experience this is not the place for you. However, if you want a truly unique and amazing stay with history, charm and personality I highly recommend Vineyard Hacienda. The property and the room were spotless, warm and inviting while also a bit quirky. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s small, I would guess less than 10 rooms and more like a B&B vibe. It appears to have been a large Spanish Hacienda that was converted to a B&B. I don’t know the age of the property I
