Requested maid service, the maid came two days after we arrived and only cleaned the bathrooms but didn’t stock the bathrooms or make the bed. The next day she only made the bed but didn’t clean the bathrooms. Had to go to the front desk to get soap and toilet paper. Breakfast food is very average the help in dining area was very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful hotel. Very friendly front desk staff. Shared information on best restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. The room was large and spacious. Interesting layout to include 2 separate washrooms. Highly recommend! Also near the Premium Outlets.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was immaculate, the room was a good size, but I don’t like that the toilet area is separate from the shower area. I also love that you can walk from the hotel to Carowinds but it would be nice if they had a shuttle because after walking the park all day it would have been nice!
