The bedroom facing the street had lots of windows to let the light in, a TV with cable/satellite and a nice porch (slight slant forward) for morning hot tea. The street is below, so it can get loud in the morning. The middle room had a TV for video games, one large window and no door. The bathroom was big and the tub was huge. (Washer and dryer included along with bottle soap...

"The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!"

"The property is not on the best street or the best neighborhood. Didn't feel scared or think it was a bad neighborhood, but it is a little ways from anything with a tear down of an old home next door and old homes around it that are not part of the renovation of the town yet. This particular old complex has been renovated and the place was nice. Great if you just need a clean, simple place to stay."

"This is a very cute house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom…so many towels which is unusual. Perfect for us girls. The beds are very comfortable including the bunk bed room with full size beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only negative thing I can say, is we could not turn the ceiling fan off in The master without turning the light off and it was too cool to run the fan and the window to the right side if the bed needs to be sealed because wasp were coming in!...

"We enjoyed this property so much. It was in a quite location but a good spot for walking to restaurants and shopping. Very clean, no surprises or disappointments. We were there on Easter weekend so not as many stores or restaurants were open as usual. As we typically go to Eureka to rest, that was ok. But they are headed into their busy season so if you're going, don't hesitate to book this cool apartment."

"The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. Three siblings with spouses, plenty of beds and lots of seating in living room. We explored Bentonville for a couple days before driving south & east for eclipse."

"The property was nice and great location with parking. When I booked the property in December 2023 it was advertised as a 1 & 1/2 bath but the 1/2 bath was not available when we arrived. I’m assuming it was the locked door that stated owners closet."

"We had a great stay here for our mountain biking trip! It was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They live next door which helped with a couple of things we needed but other than that they gave us privacy. The garage was big and spacious for our vehicle and bikes. The only downside is the well water has an odor to it but the bag of ice and bottled water offset that easily. We will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!"
