Check-in: Door code active 11 AM check-in day to 10 AM check-out day.

No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Violation may result in cancellation and fees up to $500.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property. $300 fee for evidence or smoke odors.

Max 8 guests. Third-party bookings not allowed. Illegal activity will result in cancellation.

Up to 2 house-trained dogs allowed. $99 pet fee. Pets must be cleaned up after. Fees apply for damage or uncollected waste.

No RVs or oversized vehicles parked on the property. Unauthorized vehicles incur $100/day fee.

Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees ($75–$150)

Lost garage remote: $45 replacement.

Forgotten items can be returned for $35 shipping.

Overstays charged at $205/night and subject to removal per AR Act 238. Max stay: 31 nights.

Guests are responsible for damages or violations, and waive claims against the host or cleaners for accidents or issues related to use of the house and its amenities.
