Enjoyed a nice 4 day weekend with my family. Very attentive and friendly property manager. The whole vibe is very welcoming and relaxing. A little wear on the furniture and rugs but that gave it the lived-in feeling.

Relaxing Home Away From Home on The Lake

We loved staying here on a game day weekend. It’s a 40 min drive from Fayetteville and there are grocery stores on the way. The views of the lake are beautiful and the property is very nice.

Peaceful getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. The property is beautiful, the views are stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. We brought kayaks and were able to get right out on the lake from the shore. We made our meals and ate outside for every one of them. We will definitely be returning. The communication with cohova was excellent, any questions I had, I just texted and they answered immediately.

We stayed 3 nights in this well equipped cabin on the lake, very quiet and secluded. Breakfast on the patio was a favorite. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will return!!! Thank you for the wonderful get a way weekend!!

Wonderful views, comfortable furniture and well appointed.

It is at the end of a long country road. The house features great views due to all of the floor to ceiling windows. We felt at home and enjoyed the up to date kitchen. The lake views at sunrise and sunset were lovely.

Beautiful Lake front cabin!

Winter escape to the lake. What a beautiful property! This home is beautiful! Well maintained and fully stocked. Such a beautiful location with perfect sunrise views over the lake. Besides the beautiful sunrises we saw eagles, ducks and geese, a roadrunner visited the front porch one morning. So many bluebirds hanging around. It was the perfect quiet getaway we needed. We will definitely return to this property.

It was exactly like the pictures with all the comforts of home surrounded by beautiful scenery. The kids were able to fish right by the house within view, they also were able to see alot of deer around the house. If we needed anything they were a text away.

We had a wonderful stay visiting our twins at the UofAR. We had some issues with locking the front door, Cohobnb responded immediately a fixed the problem. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Master bed was super comfortable too! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home

Lovely lake view

Overall nice place: beautiful views of the lake, quiet neighborhood, perfect size for two couples. Sipping wine, watching the fireflies glow and the moon rise was spectacular. A little light on the kitchen amenities; be prepared to wash dishes, as there's only enough plateware for one meal/4 people. The management company was responsive to provide some missing kitchen items (pans, aluminum foil and coffee filters).

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

We had a great visit - the house and property are very clean and very beautiful . The upgrades and decor in the house are super nice. Even caught a few bass down by the dock. It is about 30 minutes or slightly more to th me campus area but not bad. We made the trip several times over 3 days and each time it felt easier. If you want the best of both worlds (proximity to lake and campus) this is definitely a great choice. Other areas on the lake are much further north. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again.
